Samsung developed Smart MultiXpress printers running Android

Samsung has introduced ten Smart MultiXpress multifunction printers of independent control operating on the basis of Android. They are equipped with double-core 1GHz frequency processors that allow several users to print and scan large documents simultaneously.

These printers are equipped with 10.1-inch sensor displays of Smart UX Center interface. It enables users to print necessary files directly from their e-mails, web-browsers and memory cards without the need to be connected to server or PC. Besides, it is possible to preview the documents prepared for printing and correct anything if necessary or even comment them.

Apart from all this, Android OS provides the printers’ users with a range of various applications that are preinstalled on Smart MultiXpress. The printers of this series support Samsung Cloud Print cloud service. With its help, users can print documents directly from their mobile devices. In other words, it is real to get any kind of information printed in high quality without the need for using wired connections.

NFC Pro technology, applied in Smart MultiXpress printers, provides smart phones an instant access to the printing devices of this line.

Samsung Smart MultiXpress printers can be divided into four categories:

1. Color devices of А3 Х4300 format - X4300LX, X4250LX and X4220RX models with printing rate of 30,25 and 22 pages a minute correspondingly; duplex scanning Dual-Scan ADF technology that enables to scan about 100 pages per minute; Rendering Engine for Clean Page (RECP) technology and polymerized toner that make the image accurate and realistic.

2. Monochrome А3 К4350 devices; among them are K4350LX, K4300LX and K4250RX with 35, 30 and 25 pages/minute printing speed correspondingly; they support duplex scanning Dual-Scan ADF technology that makes it possible to scan up to 120 two-sided pages per minute; the devices are capable of printing about 85.000 pages per month.

3. Monochrome А4 М5370 printers: M5370LX and M4370LX types able to print 53/43 pages per minute. The devices have duplex scanning Dual-Scan ADF technology that enables to scan around 80 two-sided pages a minute and can print up to 300.000 pages per month.

4. Monochrome А4 М4580 multifunction printers are represented by two models - M4580FX and M4583FX with 45 pages per minute printing rate. They also support duplex scanning Dual-Scan ADF technology that makes it possible to print 60 pages per minute maximum.
