Asus Adds TurboMaster GPU Feature to G751 ROG Laptops

Gamers all over the world are immensely pleased by Asus overview of the coming-soon G751 gaming laptops. Being a representative of Republic of Gamers (ROG) series, this lineup is able to demonstrate desktop level of gaming performance due to the support of an exclusive TurboMaster GPU technology that improves overclocking experience. Besides, J751JY, J751JT and J751JM laptops provide for an optimal balance of thermal efficiency and noise level, since their layout houses copper heatsinks and a pair of fans which ‘elbow out’ hot air through rear perforations.

First of all, it should be mentioned that Asus G751 is equipped with Intel Core i7 CPU and enthusiast-grade Nvidia GeForce GTX970M/980M graphics (with 2/3/4 GB GDDR5 video memory). Such combination ensures some utmost computing and video performance in hard-core games. In order to add to the overall efficiency, the company implemented an exclusive GPU Tweak software pack and added real-time GPU overclocking feature.

Second of all, all versions within the series are based on Mobile Intel HM87 chipset and run under Windows 8.1/8.1 Professional OS. Memory subsystem is represented by 32 GB of DDR3L modules (1600 MHz frequency). Storage subsystem offers the following optional facilities: dual HDD support, 2.5-inch SATA drives of 256GB/1TB/2TB capacity, NGFF PCI-e 512 GB/256 GB SSD. A set of optical drives includes Blu-ray Combo, DVD Super-Multi or Blu-ray writer.

To continue, the triplet features F-22 Raptor-inspired design with a built-in HD camera and an array microphone. The models boast the availability of dedicated keys for one-click gameplay recording. For instance, ROG Macro Key might be programmed with three commands, which include launching applications, loading up websites options, etc.

As for visual environment, G751 laptops feature anti-glare Full HD display based on IPS matrix. The latter ensures the widest viewing angles (178/178 degrees) and supports up to three external monitors with 4K/UHD resolution; their connection might be realized thanks to VGA, mini-DisplayPort and HDMI 1.4 ports. To eliminate lags during gaming process, Asus has implemented GameFirst III technology; it gives priority to game packets, widens bandwidth, thus giving guarantee of lag-free gaming.

Finally, all models come with a built-in Network Monitor. It allows users to efficiently manage network traffic, test connection speed, and set an overall control over network.
