This business field is of prime attention, since it brings the highest revenue. Currently, Home Entertainment department focuses on the high-end TVs with the support for 3D, Smart TV and FPR technologies.
In its turn, LG Mobile Communications department focuses on cellular phones, tablets, and smartphones (and bundled accessories) on Android and Windows Phone 7 platforms. Sophisticated approach towards innovations in mobile area allowed the company to introduce the first ever smartphone with 3D display, the first ever smartphone with the brightest display, and the first ever tablet with an integrated 3D webcam.
Furthermore, this department is evolving in the manufacture of 3D displays with the utmost power-efficiency and mainstream multi-processor smartphones. It is also developing smartphones with 4G LTE communication standard support.
