Xerox, a global manufacturer of document management devices, has recently launched a pair of A3 MFDs, which are distinguished by high performance and an affordable price. Entitled WorkCentre 5022 and WorkCentre 5025, these user-friendly models with color scanning options will definitely help small and middle business companies in solving their day-to-day tasks by reducing costs on printing and improving overall office ergonomics.
Xerox WorkCentre 5022 & 5024 feature a space-saving design, ensuring up to 22 and 24 pages per minute printing correspondingly. Their basic configuration includes a full-color scanner with 600x600 dpi resolution and a duplex paper feeder for 110 sheets. Optionally, both models might be equipped with network printing/scanning/faxing functional.
The MFDs support from B5 to A3 materials and provide for a high capacity of source trays - up to 1850 sheets; this dramatically facilitates the production of large circulations and reduces span time on paper charge. Printing facilities feature 300 MHz processor, 256 MB standard memory, support for booklet/poster printing, mixed documents, N-up, and Watermarks. Bundled toner cartridges are estimated for 9000 pages (standard pack) or 18000 (high-capacity pack).
Both devices boast an improved interactive user interface. It gives access to a full range of settings, including alteration of document dimensions and brightness, switch between text and image modes as well as between one-side and two-side printing. In combination with blueprint option and support for a wide spectrum of materials, such functionality allows creating such documents as posters and pamphlets.
Furthermore, on activation of network scanning option all processed electronic variants might be sent to the connected users via e-mail and then be recognized via ABBYY Fine Reader application. Moreover, these MFDs can be replenished with fax functional that allows for receiving/sending of two-side documents of A3 format.
